A Safe, Judgment-Free Space
You will never be expected to have the perfect words or know exactly where to begin. I meet you where you are - with empathy, curiosity, and respect. This is your space to speak freely, reflect honestly, and feel heard without pressure or judgment.
From a young age, I was drawn to understanding why people do what they do - how our experiences, families, and pain shape the way we see the world. Over time, that curiosity became a calling. I’ve spent nearly a decade walking beside people as they navigate anxiety, trauma, family conflict, self-doubt, and the often-messy process of healing.
My path hasn’t been linear - and I think that’s what makes this work so meaningful to me. I’ve seen firsthand how strength can coexist with struggle, and how growth often begins in the quiet moments when we finally feel seen and supported.
Before opening my private practice, I worked in inpatient, outpatient, forensic, ABA, home and community case management and school settings. Those experiences deepened my understanding of how trauma and neurodivergence impact daily life, relationships, and self-esteem. Working with the autism community is especially close to my heart- it has taught me the importance of celebrating each person’s unique way of thinking, communicating, and connecting with the world.
As a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I believe healing happens when people feel safe, respected, and understood -not pressured to change who they are. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and honest. Whether we’re unpacking family dynamics, building confidence, or learning new ways to manage anxiety, my goal is to create a space where you can explore without judgment and rediscover your sense of peace and purpose.
This work is personal to me -because I believe every person deserves to feel seen, valued, and capable of growth through every season of life.

My Story
Steady Progress Over Perfection
Healing doesn’t happen overnight. But as you begin to recognize patterns, set boundaries, and show compassion toward yourself, you’ll start noticing subtle but powerful shifts- more peace, more confidence, more control over your story.
Together, we’ll make sure therapy feels like what it’s meant to be: a safe place to heal, grow, and rediscover who you are underneath the stress.
Supporting growth through every season of life.
Recognizing that our needs, challenges, and goals evolve as we do.
