Our Services

Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through—whether it’s stress, relationships, anxiety, or anything else on your mind. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on, build coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. It’s your time, your space, and your goals.

Family therapy is a space where we work together as a group to improve communication, understand each other better, and find healthier ways to handle conflict or challenges. It’s not about blaming anyone— it’s about creating a stronger, more supportive dynamic where everyone feels heard and respected.

FMLA Documentation Support

Taking time to care for your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health. If anxiety, depression, trauma, or another emotional condition is affecting your ability to function at work, you may qualify for medical leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide FMLA documentation support for clients who need to take protected time off to focus on their mental health. This includes completing the required forms (such as the Certification of Health Care Provider form) and verifying that you’re receiving care for a condition that may impact your ability to work or require a reduced schedule. FMLA services are:

  • Available to current clients in active therapy, or to new clients who have completed at least one full initial assessment session.

  • $100 flat fee applies to new clients only (not covered by insurance).

  • Completed within 7–10 business days; rush requests may be accommodated when possible.

  • Confidential and secure, with all information released only with your written consent.

  • Clinically focused, providing factual documentation rather than determining approval or denial of leave.

If you’re exploring whether FMLA may help you take time to heal, we can discuss your options and determine if documentation is appropriate for your situation.

Emotional Support Animal Letters
An emotional support animal (ESA) letter is a document I can provide that states your animal helps support your mental health. It can be used to request reasonable accommodations- like living with your pet in housing that normally doesn’t allow animals. It is not the same as a service animal letter and doesn’t grant public access rights but can help in housing situations. 3 sessions are required.
